Returns accepted on frames, sunglasses & accessories within 7 days in original condition.

Prescription lenses are non-returnable, but we remake/exchange if there is a defect or wrong prescription within 7 days.

Contact lenses: only unopened boxes can be returned within 7 days.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will replace or refund at no cost.

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
